Florida Sun Vacation Homes as a Management Company?

I am considering renting a vacation home managed by Florida Sun Vacation Homes. I have read on these boards a management company can make or break an enjoyable stay. Any opinions? I tried a search first but it didn't work for me.

We had an excellent experience with Florida Sun Vacation Homes. During the booking process, they were very helpful answering our questions. Upon our arrival, the check-in process at their office was quick and easy! We stayed in a gorgeous (and super clean!) 6-bedroom home in Emerald Island.

Several weeks ago, I contacted them (I REALLY like their website, BTW!) to get quotes on various Windsor Hills condos. I was very impressed with their prompt and friendly response. Looks like we'll be using them again next summer! I highly recommend them!
