Florida Scrappers

I'm moving to Orlando in 28 days. For the time being I will be living in Davenport, but other than Michael's and Joann's are there any good stores for scrap bookers. I a sticker-a-holic (had to buy a 2nd Creative Memories accessories book) and love to shop for them. thanks for the help.

Well I am not from Orlando (actually from the frozen north-not far from you!). But on our last trip to WDW I thought if Ihad time I would check out some stores (I didn't end up having time). But I found listings for seveal stores in the back of various scrap magazines-most of them have store locators. So no worries-you'll have places to shop!

I found several scrapbooking places in the phone book when we were at WDW. Stamp your Art Out was one of the stores we visited. I will be going back there this week while I am there.

In Orlando there are several craft, scrapbook stores and similar. Including Michaels, JoAnns, Old Time Pottery, Memory Lane, Stamp you Heart out.

BTW: why are you moving to Davenport? (30 minuites South West of WDW and 45 minuites South West of Orlando)

I will be temporarily in Davenport at my parents house.
I have decided that the cold of Minnesota is getting to be too much, and altho my retirement is 20 years away, I want to retire to Florida and figure, might as well go there while I can enjoy it. I will be house and job hunting. The cost of living up here in Minnesota is getting a little out of control. I can get more house for the same amount of money in Florida than in Minnesota, better neighborhoods too. Living close to the House of Mouse isn't too bad either.
Thanks for the places. I was hoping to find the scrappin stores, and I knew someone would have them. I scrap, and also do ceramics.
