Any Floridians who have AP's and go regularly want to schedule a meet up? I am new to the area and would love to meet some locals! (others who are here on vacation are of course welcome as well!)

Sadly we do not have AP's but if there was a meet someplace else, I would love to meet ya'll.

I, too, am relatively new to the area. Moved here about 2 years ago from NJ.
Have a 9 yr old DS and a new DH(3 weeks ago we finally married after 9 yrs together.)

BTW - I work in Altamonte Springs.

We can go until the very start of June--then back for August and then we are done.

We live on the coast in Brevard County.

We live in Tampa and would love to have a meet. We don't have AP's to Disney, but we do go several times a year - next trip is June 19-20.

Me. I live an hour away (towards Daytona Beach), was doing the parks about 3 days per week until gas prices went up so much, so now it's about twice a week. BTW - even weekdays are fine with me.

One of the few times I CAN'T meet is during the Pal Mickey Reunion, when I will be staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge next week.

Ok, hi y'all...I am recuperating from 2 oral surgeries, but checked in here to see what was up....it seems that weekends are good for everyone, anyone want to suggest a date or should I just plan a meet and see who all shows?

Count me in for trying to meet some fellow DIS people. Have been several times when I know about a dozen other people are going to be there and even staying at the same place that I stayed at and still never ran into one person.

I am trying to talk DH into driving up to WDW on 6/19 & 20 for one of the DVC Member meetings. Not sure if I can pull it off or not. I'm continuing to try today and this next week.

Is anyone organizing a meet? I will be out of state from July 13 to August 3, so I hope it is before or after that.

Also, I am a character meal addict. I don't mind doing them solo, but it's much more fun to have company. I love all the character dining but am especially fond of the Garden Grill at Epcot (with their new menu) and Crystal Palace at MK. I'm always up for any character experiences in the parks or resort. So if anyone is interested in that, PM or e-mail me.
