florida resident ticket

I tried to search first but never found the answer.

I live in VA, my BF lives in FL. Website says he can buy up to 8 florida resident tickets. All it says is that he will need his id to pick them up at will call. So does that mean he can buy one and give it to me to use? Do they check id at turnstiles or just when he buys them?

Just when he buys them...it doesn't matter who uses the ticket.
