Don't know if it was posted of not but FRR are posted on allseastravel.com for Jan. and Feb. Looks like for only 3 and 4 day.

I just saw that, Im so excited! I emailed my travel agent to see if I can upgrade from cat 5 to a 4 and save over $600. :bounce:
do they normally do that?

I saved almost $600 and moved from a cat 7 to a cat 6!!:bounce:

I finally was able to get it. :Pinkbounc

Im so mad at my TA- who dropped the ball on this one. she said orginally I got a good rate and wouldnt get any lower. :confused: My friend emailed me yesterday and said they have fla rates out now. I called her and she said there were none left. anyhow Im in the process of cancelling with her and made a new one with allseasons and saved $717 and upgraded from a 5 to a 4- and early seating for dinner. I was told by my old TA we were waitlisted. Im so happy I was able to change it and save some money. :Pinkbounc

iI saved alot and was upgraded from a 9 to 6 in June for the last frr, but now have ressie in jan but can't get in touch with ta. So if i don't hear from her today i may switch the ressie over to all seas. I can't turn my back on this one even tho she got me the lowest rate. Hate to do this as she is so sweet .I told her when i made the ressie with her I needed assurance she would work with me on this.But I'll give her til this afternoon and then see what they can do for me.

I hear ya. I had a hard time getting thru on a saturday and than to be told there were no more fla rates. :( I was pretty upset since I asked her when I made my reservations to switch it to fla rates if they were to come out. Im now waiting for a refund and had to make a whole new reservations but it was soooo worth it.
Hope you can get yours switched! :earsboy:

yeah it's 8am here and i will wait til 9 since my ta is in fla. However i remember her telling me she was going on a dis cruise in oct but think it was earlier so if she came back yesterday she should be home now. I will change the ressie today from work if i have to. It's too good a deal.

Fl resident rates are great! I just booked a 3 day for myself and my DD in February...we're taking my brother and his wife, as well. They have never tried DCL, but love cruising and love WDW. This is the perfect opportunity to get them hooked!;)

our first cruise we booked with cruises only. husbands decision and when i got the dcl email about the frr i called him. no one home. guty didnt come in til 11 am. got dcl on the phone and needed rep from ta. spent 2 1/2 hours on the phone with dcl and rep and got upgraded from 2 9's to 1 8 and a 6 for ourselves and saved 490.00. now mind you this was the 9/23 jeanne 3 day which was extended to 4 and we went to cozumel. grandkids were bummed about not getting to cc and so were we. so we booked another one for jan 30for just the 2 of us, and got great $ with dana from cruise planners. but if i cannot get to her this am before i go to work i will be calling all seas. apparently she is the only one there even tho they say our agents are currently busy. sent her an email also stating their $ and no response yet. sorry to have to move the ressie but cash talks.

spoke to dana this am and need to apologize if it sounded like she wasn't able to help me. sometimes my dh gets very irrational due to his illness and spills it over to the rest of us. Dana got the rates and upgrade we were looking for( and i have since banned him from my computer and threatened to take away his cc screensaver.) sorry if this caused any problems for dana at cruise planners and hope she can accept our apololgy.

The rates ARE fantastic & we were SO looking forward to using them once we moved to FL (last June), BUT they are not offered on our upcoming sailing (1/4/05 - special Magic 4-day) & nobody in my family wants to switch our dates because we get to go on the Magic instead of the Wonder. (DH & I haven't been since 1998 & DS has only been on the Wonder).

Well, at least we got a really good price on our cruise with the EBS. Only thing, though, we could save about $700.00 by switching to one of the January 4-day Wonder sailings. :(

Will have to keep watching for others, I guess.:rolleyes:

I really wanted the 4 day Magic in January but as you said they are not offering FL res rates...I asked the CM why and she thinks it is because it pretty full already....though the website is still showing a lot of availability.

I settled for the 3 day Wonder on the 6th....glad to be going again on DCL but really wanted the Magic.

They are almost identical ships. I would have rather saved the $$$. What is on the Magic that you like better for that kind of money?

CPM - This will definitely sound foolish to you - especially in light of the amount of $$$ we can save - BUT, a few things are making us stick with the Magic:

1) It was the ship that my husb & I took for our honeymoon & we want to (romantically) re-visit it (hence, putting my son & mom at the OTHER end & side of the same deck!:teeth: );

2) We LOVE the 'Mickey at the Helm' statue in front of Lumiere's - as opposed to Ariel in front of Triton's;

3) As I said, my son has never cruised on the Magic before & has wanted to see it;

4) The decor & some of the areas are slightly different & we want to compare them now that we've been on both ships more than once;

5) Don't know when we'll get on a 7-day cruise, so it could be a very long time before we get to see the Magic again.

Trivial reasons, but still ones that are convincing us to keep our existing reservations.:rolleyes:

Okay, just checking. I'm doing the Wonder for the first time and just wanted to make sure there wasn't anything I'd be disappointed in.
Have fun.:sunny:
