Florida resident rates for 3 night in September

Hello all....we are booked on the 9/15 three night cruise. We are taking my mother in law with us and DCL said that if anyone in the cabin is a Florida resident the entire party gets the rate. Does anyone out there have any idea when these rates come out? I heard they see how inventory is and then offer the rates. I guess since we live in NY we do not see any ads about the discounted rates......
Any info would be appreciated....

They should be announcing them soon...IF they are going to announce them at all. We did this last year and saved a lot of money. Good luck, I hope they offer them again!

I am booked with DS on 9/1 3-day, and have been watching for the FL res rate.....it is now 60 days out from our cruise, and at this point I just dont think they will be coming out for September - this seems to be a continuation of the trend DCL started prior to the re-po cruuises, whereby they only give FL res pricing for the 7-day cruises....

Last year I booked my 4-Day September Cruise around July 15 and I remember it was right after the FL Res rates came out, so I am still holding out hope there will be some announced in the next 10 days or so
