Don't know what GC is, what with Free Dining you can't get a room discount. If you book a Fl. Res room rate and FD comes out you can change it all over to get the FD, but will have to pay FULL RACK RATE for the room.

No, the GC (gift card) and FD are separate deals and you would have to book at full value to get these. Trust me I wish I could do both, but the FL resident rate is a good deal and I always book those.
