Florida Resident Rate for group rates?

Just wondering, I am going the wonder May 8 - 12, 2005 with a group of about 20 rooms, we are all Florida Residents, would we qualify for the Florida Resident rate if it became available since we are already booked???

If you're getting a group rate, then no, it can't be combined with any other discounts/promotions including FL resident.

Florida resident rates can be the only discount if it is applied (you have to surrender any other discount you may have received). However, in the past it has been about 50% less than the going rate; a great bargain. Disney uses the FR rates to attract last-minute Floridian's to fill ships.

If the rate is available (usually announced only a month or two before sailing), ask DCL if it will lower the bill. They will credit your card or account with the difference.

We wouldn't be able to cruise on Disney without those discounts.
