Florida resident new Annual pass

When the new annual passes go on sale Wednesday will we be able to purchase them online that day. Planning a trip at the end of September and would like passes purchased and reservations made before I get there. It does show wife and I as Florida residents in MDE. I've never had annual passes but being recently retired I'm ready to hit the parks more often. Thanks
