Florida Residence tickets

Can a Florida resident purchase tickets for their relatives out of state? Do they ask for ID at the gate when you purchase these tickets or only when you pick them up after purchase? Do a minor have to show proof of residency if you have to show proof at all?

According to AAA, proof of Florida residency is required at the park gate if you present a resident ticket/pass. That would mean for each person holding said ticket/pass.

All adults will be required to show Florida ID, state id or a license. There are no exceptions.

They did not ask for our children. But they we all over us, which we carry at all times.
