yep we were suppose to been in wdw/universal 2 weeks ago but wife was scared. Went to Disney Hilton head instead. We are now going beginning of December. She saids she is no longer scared. I’m sure there is hundred of thousands of people just like her.

I think anyone who has been impacted by the virus or has a good understanding of it will feel scared. My husband and I both work in healthcare and have seen staff and patients affected and some who have died from it so it scares us. But we are trying to think logically. We will follow the same precautions we do at work when we travel, if we are in a setting which makes us uncomfortable we will leave. That will be our approach to our November trip.

It is helpful to hear positive news. But the recent change to now open bars at 50% capacity might change these stats.

Please remember that discussions of the pandemic belong on the Community Board. This is not a DVC subject and also because these threads often turn political, I'm going to close this thread and ask that those of you who want to discuss it further to please do so on the Community Board.
