Florida Mall?

My Dad was looking for a room for us the night before we check into VWL in December. He got a quote (He works for Holiday Inn.) at the Holiday Inn Express there.
Does anyone know where this is and if so how long the drive will be to WDW from there (Florida Mall)?
He was also looking at the Sunspree Resort, but was quoted a much higher price. Basically this will only be a place for us to sleep before we check in that next morning.
The closer the better as we only have two park days this trip.

It's about 15 miles. Depending on traffic, 25-30 minutes should be sufficient.

If you are talking about the Sunspree at Lake Buena Vista about 10 minutes or less.

Florida mall will put you in the thick of traffic. With the holiday season approaching that is a significant factor.

Sunspree is "right around the corner" and traffic, although heavy will not pose as much of a time committment.
