Florida in February

For the first time, we will be going to Florida in February, never gone in Feb before. We've always gone in April/May/October and have had spectacular weather.

What is the weather generally like in February. I know it can drastically change, but wonder what to expect

We were at WDW the third week in February last year & the weather was perfect. We had daytime temps of 25C/27C that felt like the low 30s celsius with the humidex factored in. Evenings were comfortable enough that a sweater was not needed. I couldn't have asked for better weather that trip!

We were there last February and the weather was wonderful(although we came from Edmonton so any temperature over 0c was going to be great! )
On one of our days at Universal it was 35c!! I think our boys wore their hoodies one evening on the way back on the boat from DTD but thats the only time i can remember them not being in t-shirts & shorts...We didn't have a drop of rain during the day for the entire 9 days either....I was a very happy lady!

I hope its the same next February!!

Ive experienced both warm (25plus) and cool (5C), either way, I think February is fine for us. I'd do February again.

I'm excited to find out!! I think anything better then the snow is going to be fine by me but pre prepared and bring a hoodie and some layers I'd think as I've heard varying reports!

I know ... it's so tempting. But we will have to hold off until next Feb at least.

We went beginning of Feb. last year and it was great weather. Hot enough to go to waterpark. Which was great, because it wasn't busy at all there. Maybe it was just us Canadians there. LOL

I don't mind walking around in pants and a hoodie - it's much better than being here right now, that's for sure!

We go every Feb and this is what we've experienced too (although last year I had to scrape ice off my windshield one am). We usually find it warm enough to go to the waterparks.

That's awesome !! Although in Orlando right now, its rather cold.....windchill weather feeling like -4 !!! ouch !!

Better then our -35 right now though !

We are going Feb 8th to 15th and I just can't wait. It's so darn cold and we have SO much snow.

I have been in February before and it can be quite variable. I know one year we were wearing winter coats the first day of the trip and T-shirts and shorts by the end of the week. So fingers crossed that this will be a hot and sunny trip - I need it!
