Help!!!!!!!!! Was thinking about renting a house this time and would like to know if anyone has stayed with this company?

I have not heard of them, but there are plenty of sites to look for homes that you rent direct from the owners.
Some of the closest neighborhoods are Indian Creek, Windsor Hills, Emerald Island, Sunset Lakes, Rolling Hills, Windsor Palms, Formossa Gardens.

Thank you Karen for the info. I have always stayed on site or with friends before. Was a little worried to book with someone without knowing anything about them.

They're probably just one of the many small local MCs in the area. There's a ton of them (100s) that look after people's homes, like ours. Almost all owners have a local Mgmt Company to care for their guests, their homes, and get them bookings occasionally (hopefully in that order). Ours is run by a local British husband and wife team, very attentive, great customer service, an integral part of our "business", critical to our success and continued guest happiness in fact. People don't realize how important this part of the equation is, and it's hard to tell how good a MC is. They coordinate small and major repairs, answer guest questions on site, take care of the cleaning crews, the pool people, etc, check on the home before and after each guest to make sure it's been cleaned properly, etc.

Ours is named Oasis Vacation Homes, chances are no one has ever heard of them either though! Doesn't mean they're not excellent, just unknown. (If you want to rent from Oasis by the way you can... www.oasisvacationhomes.com ... WP, WHR, EI).

One "barometer" question you can ask a homeowner is, how long have they been with their current MC? If they aren't that good, chances are it won't have been for very long.
