Lake is 2 feet above normal---it did go down 2 feet last night. Water is going somewhere--it can be assumed that some of it went into the city.
They cannot get readings right now to know how much water got into the city.
More importantly: They have been working to get the 3000 pound sandbags and a barrier inplace through the night.
