I am not sure that it is mobile like that. It is tethered I think. It looks really similar to that baloon at Disney Springs - it just goes up and down. I think you can see it from pretty far away though!

Oh thank God. Paris was already dealing with arsonists today, trying to sabotage their rail system in an effort to ruin it for people getting to the Olympics Opening Ceremony. Having a big cauldron of fire floating around untethered sounded like an ideal terrorist target.
