floatation devices??

We are leaving for hh in 5 days. I was wondering what type of floatation device we could use for our 1 yr at the pools. I know that they have the vests. wondering about the blow up float with the holes for the feet. If we bring one can it be used??? Can't wait to arrive!!!

We stayed at BWV in April with DD (then 9 mos.) and used one of those rings with the space for their legs with no problems. No one mentioned it.

We are making our first trip "home" to BWV in October with our 3 yr old ds and 4yr dd. Do the resort pools have life vests for the kids or would you recommend bringing ours from home? At home they use pretty secure vests that fasten both around the chest and between the legs. I would appreciate your experiences.

They use the same type at the resorts. They are yellow and have 2 buckles across the chest and 1 goes between the legs and buckles in the back. They will let you check one out for your length of stay for each child. Unless you're driving and have unlimited packing space I would just use the resorts (we will be next week).
