Hi Dan, I'm reading along! I just stumbled on this trip report but remember reading the report from your last trip and really enjoyed it I have a feeling this one's going to be even better with pictures of the little one Parker is such a cutie!

Yucky! 6-12" tomorrow. Oh how I miss Florida. If only I would win the lottery!!

ouch, we are expected to get a bunch of freezing rain for the second time this week.

thanks rob, i have noticed your report is off to a slow start.

Parker is getting soo big!! I love those smiles!! Caleb is just getting where he is smiling more and more. Good for Candi for still nursing...I hope to still be able to nurse until he has teeth at least and then maybe then I might just pump and give it to him through the bottle. Caleb has issues spitting up with reflux since I am nursing so formula is not going to be any better for him.

Hi Dan - I haven't been on the boards in a couple of days so I just noticed your link in your siggie for your TR. Parker got soooo big since I'd seen pictures of him last. I would flirt with him, I babies and he's just so cute.

Chapter 2. Flirting 5 miles up and we wait and wait and wait.....

So last i left you i think we were finding some seats and eating our breakfast of mcdonalds...after breakfast, we decided to take parker for a little walk...so Candi first took him on about a 5 minute stroll down the terminal. When she came back i told him i would take him to see the plans take off, so off we went..

When we came to the blues brothers, parker wanted to pose all cool like with them, so i told him to act serious.

i think he did pretty good, then we were off to the middle of the airport to see the plans taking off, we had a little daddy parker time and time for a photo before heading back to mommy...

When we got back to our gate, it was time to feed parker his outmeal before we took off.

It was perfect timing, he was done and they started to call the boarding zones, no misplacing the boarding passes this year.

We loaded the plan no problems, and parker started to play with the window right away, he really liked traveling around because he never had to be held down in a car seat and liked that he could look at everything...

Here he is playing out the window on mommys lab, she got the window this year, so that she could nurse him on the plan and not have to worry about something flashing all of the other people around us.

Dada do you see all the stuff out there, we have wings...

The flight was good, parker slept for about 45 minutes, then got up and started to play with some toys, then took a nice poop, well i did not know that they had changing areas on the plan, so we thought we would change him when we landed, then i asked the flight attendant if they had something and she said yes...and then told parker wooooo you are stinky but cute...The changing tables were so cool in the bathrooms, they folded down out of the wall, and then folded out again to make a nice big table, parker was all cozy on it, while i stood in front of him to change him...when we got back to our seat, the flight attendants were serving a second round of drinks...and parker was standing on my lab playing with the seat and the couple in front of us and the flight attendant started to talk to him and he was laughing and smiling so big at here, and she goes ohhh you are a big flirter arnt you, thats my boy, picking up the flight attendants...

he watched some mickey mouse club house on decent, and while we were going down, we saw the swan and dolphin hotel, and then we banked hard left, so we lost sight of anything else...but that was neat to see those things.

made it over to the Orland monorail, and had our first ride of the trip.

as you can see, he does not seem to impressed with it yet.

We saw the orlando airport tree, it was nice, only lights on it...then the disney store's big WDW sign outside,

and made our way to the ME, well the wrong side of the magical express, we went down the wrong stairs, so we turned around and went to side B where we should have went in the first place, the elevators that you take down well, that is where the line ended, and that was over half way back on the ground floor, it took us a little over and hour to get up to the check in area, they said over 3,000 people were arriving to check in within about an hour of each other that morning...waited another 15 minutes for a bus to get us...and ended up with a stupid mears bus, but did not want to wait for another one, we waited long enough...

this is the one that i wish we were riding, some day we will be crusing..

One the bus, parker was so happy again to be going somewhere, when the video came on,

he saw it, and sat on his mommies lap to start watching it

that did not last all but 1 minute, and he was out like a light, till we got to our hotel..

here is the disney sign going in, like you could not tell....

and here we are dropping off the people at pop century first...

and finally pulling into our resort

that is where i will leave you for now, i now 2 chapters and we have not even set our feet onto disney property, but we are very very close....

On the 12th, we were all the way in the front for the rope drop, and I ran and got FP for Test Track and then we rode Soarin. We did character connection, than the seas I believe, we did turtle talk after the seas and than the world showcase afterwards

ahh, at rope drop we were on the right, you prop went into ride it while i was sitting at hte exit with the little man waiting for candi and her sister to get off.

Here is the trading card that shows the gillig bus, front of the card...

here is the back of the card, it says, that mickyes first word was

"hot dog" from the animated short The Karnival Kid where mickey sells hot dogs at an amusment park in 1929...

the answer to how many lane miles is 300 lane miles of road at WDW,

I'm on board! Parker is so cute, he seems like such a happy baby! I'm interested in your thoughts on CSR, we have a ressie there for May 09 but I've been contemplating switching to save some money and for the resort with a more disney theme. I'm still undecided. Can't wait for the next chapter.
