flip flops and rides

Can someone remind me which rides (across all orlando theme parks) are not flip flop friendly? I know dueling dragons is a definite no, but what other rides arent suitable?

Kraken is anotehr floorless ride so they make you take them off.

Soarin' at Epcot requires flip-flops be removed. There are nets under the seats for loose clothing.

at soarin you just have to leave your flip flops on the floor at your seat - you get right back to them when you land...

if you go to the waterparks,you will have to take off and hold them or water shoes on any rides
