Flights.com?

Has anyone ever purchased tickets from this site? We usually drive for vacations, but we are really considering flying this time if the price was right (we have 3 kids, so it could get expensive). I found an awesome price through them, but I've not heard of them before tonight. Any experiences? Thanks!

I just checked my dates and found my flight to be more expensive. Flights.com had tacked on an extra 15.00 in service fees over and above the normal fees you pay for a ticket. I would check the flight they give you on the airline's web page to see an actual comparison in price. This will give you a better idea if what you are getting is actually a deal or not. I try to book with the airline directly. When we booked with Orbitz one time, we did not have the option of choosing our seats early. When we booked with Airtran directly for the next trip, we chose our seats and printed our boarding passes from home.

Thanks for the advice. In looking closer, I found the same thing you did. The rate at Delta was more, but there were no hidden fees and taxes were included. So I think we'll just book this way.
