Flight time changed

Been away for a conference for 2 days and come back to find Page and Moy phoned to say our flight time has been changed. It is only by 2 hours but it means we have to leave at 6.30am from Edinburgh (we live 3 hours aways in Aberdeen) and now have 5 hours in Heathrow before our onward flight to Chicago and then Orlando. What really gets me is that we fly on friday and still have no tickets. It seems the only reason they phoned was they thought we had phoned them - I phoned last week to see when the tickets were arriving and got a snotty woman saying they would arrive 7-10 days prior to the flight. I do everything myself and only book the flights through Page and Moy for the discount - usually I get the tickets at least 2 weeks before we leave.
What should I do or am I just moaning for nothing?

Ok - decided I am overreacting! Just annoyed they didn't think to let me know and also why they decided to bump us off the later flight when we booked so far in advance

Don't worry Wendy,you're only letting off steam

Thats why it always pays to have a good look at your flight tickets when they arrive as if the flight time has only changed by a few hours you might not have even be notified of this at all

I would ring them back in a couple of days if youv'e still not received them. They can get a courier to send them if necessary or they can arrange a Ticket On Departure at the airport.

Thank you for not telling me I was being stupid, even if I was. I calmed down and even tried to delete the post but couldn't. Tickets still haven't arrived and they promised to send them by first class courier - poor Mum is going mad but it will all work out in the end!
