There have been multiple questions about FoP wait times over the past several weeks. I did some checking on Touring Plans and noticed a trend that occurs virtually every day at this attraction.
I'll use yesterday as an example. The park opened at 9 and the posted time was 180 minutes by 9:10. The busiest hour of the day was 9 to 10 am, then the waits started to trend downward for the rest of the day. The low point yesterday was 65 minutes at 5:30 pm. The posted wait right at closing time was 80 minutes, but this was likely exaggerated and the actual wait was more likely 30-40.
This is a very typical pattern for this attraction. Park opening is by far the busiest time then waits decrease slowly throughout the day.
