Flight of Passage Fast Pass

We'll be at the "Happiest Place..." on Tuesday and are FoP less.
Anddddddddd I no longer care.
We'll rope drop and that's it for checking MDE incessantly.
Oh and I have an idea for Disney whatever year they decide to operate and maintain a worthwhile website that's at least up to 2002 standards: allow people to look for FPs by attraction name with no date parameters past the length of their trip. This day by day thing is nutty and time consuming.

We're at AK today, staying onsite, so EMH at 8. Three of us. Got to the park at 6:45. We're off our first ride by 8:10. Got back in line and were off by 9:40. (This was our first time to Pandora, so we wanted the queue too.) We stalked for FP for days but never got one. Did get Navi River, and decided to ride it standby and with FP just to see the Shaman twice too. Just some ideas for folks who still want to do it without FP.

What time did you line up for FoP (ie was it your first ride queue)? if you don't mind saying.
I have to operate in military fashion with my crew when we rope drop...they want what they want but secretly prefer the drill sergeant to get them in gear.

I don’t know what changes they made, but last night I was able to get FOP FastPasses for a party of 4 for almost any time on August 8th (40 days out). I had afternoon FastPasses already, but I looked every day to see if I could move them to morning, and yesterday a bunch opened up.

Edit: I just checked and could get FOP for almost any time until about 7:00pm for August 8th. I didnt check any other dates.

We went straight to it, so I can't really say what time we got to the entrance. The mob scene at opening is just ridiculous. The "cut them off at the corners" folks really hack me off. But I sort of run a tight operation as well, and my kids have learned to appreciate it! As teens, now they even work hard to make it work. They went to bed at 8:30 last night to make sure they'd be up and moving at 5:45!

I got a fast pass yesterday for this coming Friday at 1:15. I was in total shock. I had plans on going to DHS with my daughter, but last minute my friend decided to join us. I had fast pass for TSM, ToT and SW. Friend is a CM and when I went to add her, We realized she's blocked out from the Studios. We decided on AK and FoP popped up!

I just read on another thread that FPs for FOP just opened up for August - so I went on and got FOP FPs for my first 2 days of our trip. Yet when I did it at day 60 - the first day I could get was day 5. I don't know whey they opened up more now but so glad that they did and that I read it on this site. I hope this helps someone else.

I use the website, you just reload the page. I rarely use the app, it's too buggy

I’m going to be on the FOP hunt for our AK day next month.

My MDE app is rubbish somehow worse than years past. It takes over three minutes for app to open and input my sign in info and sometimes I need to reinput the info it freezes for a bit and then may reopen so I’d like to try your suggestion regarding looking for FOP by going into the website instead but I don’t exactly understand what you mean. If you don’t mind can you explain for a novice what I need to do.
