Flight of Passage after ADR

We have an ADR at Tusker House for 8 AM on Nov 30. Park opens at 9 AM. I couldn't get fast passes for flight of passage, do you think we can make it to Pandora after our breakfast and beat the rope drop crowd?

I’m no expert but I think you would struggle - I rope dropped for FOP yesterday and we were let into the park and waiting at the bridge next to Tiffins by maybe 8:20. I’m quite sure we were walking up to FOP by 8:40, if not earlier. There were seriously hundreds of people waiting at that point. The ride started before 9 - I was off the ride by 8:55.

I haven’t done a PPO ADR though - I’m not sure how long the meal takes and if there’s a fast track to the ride? (My Tusker House lunch took nearly 75 minutes)

It is possible, but your breakfast may be a little rushed. We spent about an hour at our Tusker House breakfast. There was just two of us. And you have the characters that come out to greet you during your meal. So if you want to rush and eat your meal and skip the characters, you might be out in 30 to 40 minutes. I would prefer to take my time.

You won't get much of a jump on the rope drop crowd, if any at all.

They haven't been opening up the back walkway near festival of the lion king until the park has been open a little. So you'll have to walk back around near the front of Pandora.

From reports on this board the conclusion I've seen about an ADR at AK is there's no benefit to Pandora. That could change though if they'd start opening up that back trail earlier

The short answer...no. We had this exact scenario in July. We were seated at 8:03. My husband and son ate 1 plate of food and left Tusker at 8:15 (my daughter and I stayed for the characters). They ran into a huge brick wall of people at Tiffins due to the rope drop crowd already being let into the park. They got off the ride around 9:30, which isn't too bad actually.

The short answer...no.

Agreed. If youre willing to get to the park for 7:30 Id do FoP at rope drop then go to Tusker House for breakfast. My suggestion would be to move the ADR back to a later breakfast or lunch.

IMO not possible. We got to the park at 8:40 am on a 9:00 am open day. There was no rope drop to be seen. Pandora was wide open with rides going. Na'vi was already at 20 minutes and Avatar was at 65 minutes. I would move it to a 10:30 am ADR if you want to have breakfast there.
