Flight from CMH to LAX?

Just wanted to know how the flight was. I've only flown from ohio to Orlando, 2hrs. You could call me a nervous flyer Were looking into changing our 5 day cruise to the Bahamas to a mexican riveara. Thats a 6+ hour flight , with SWA . Is there alot of turbulance?I've heard it's bad going over mountains, I've never flown out west before.
