Flight comparison including low cost

I have just done london to LA, LA to honolulu and vancouver to london all booked via BA

I use kayak to compare but I don't think they include "low cost" airlines (our equiv to easyjet etc)

Which flight comparison company includes this especially LA to Honolulu route

One thing I have noticed is that Europe / USA return works out cheaper than 2 one-way flights. I think its something to do with USA Homelands Security, they want to know that you have a flight out of USA.

In 2014 I visited New Orleans and LA. I tried pricing up Europe to New Orleans, New Orleans to LA, LA to Europe, all one way flights and it came in at really silly prices. In the end I did Europe to LA return and then LA to New Orleans return. I flew Europe to LAX, collected my luggage and then checked into a Delta flight to New Orleans, with about a 3 hour layover. I spent a few days in New Orleans, flew back to LAX with Delta then spend a few days in LA and then flew home LAX to Europe.

You'll need to check Hawaiian Airlines and Allegiant on their own websites.

A couple of years ago we had great airfare by booking through trip masters.com. We've also booked through Pleasant Hawaiian just for flights and not a package.

I use Expedia to compare and then check actual websites.
