I saw a few people have used their tickets before so hopefully someone can help reassure me.

We got our vouchers via e-mail this past weekend. The vouchers are very very basic but I expected at least a barcode or something scannable for the main entrance. All there is a very brief note on letterhead addressed to the Disneyland Main Entrance saying please exchange for 3-day hopper tickets with our names.

Does that seem about right to anyone?

It's right. If you are staying at a disney hotel you can give it to them when you check in and they will give you your tickets, if not you go to the ticket booth.

Please keep posting about your Flightcentre experiences as I am considering using them next year if they have good deals like they do now for tickets.

We ordered tickets from them in 2009 and had no problems, just printed the voucher and took it to the TICKET BOOTH (not turnstile). This past January we booked the GCH through them and then got tickets for even less they had them advertised for. The only thing I would say is make sure you know what the cancellation policy is all the girl told me is she "thinks it is what the hotel would be, but didn't know what that was. You pay when you book so make sure they can tell you for sure. As we were booking right at the last minute, and had cancellation insurance I didn't worry about it and took the chance. We had no problems once at the hotel so I would definitely use them again for both tickets and hotel if the price was right.

So did you pay for the tickets at FC or at the ticket booth?

I've already paid for ours but I expected the voucher to have a barcode or smething more official looking. This document looks very empty to me and I don't know if I was a ticket booth employee that I would accept it as legit. :confused3

I paid FC online. I just looked at my email from our trip in January and there is no bar code. There is a confirmation number, and it doesn't even say that we purchased tickets. It has the hotel and total we paid. Just print everything off and you should be fine. You can always call flight center and double check but I am fairly certain it's okay.

Yeah, ours are just tickets so it has just the tickets with a confirmation number. The price we paid isn't on there though.

I did write them back, still waiting to hear, because they misspelt my DBF's name and I don't want that to be an issue when we get down there. I don't expect it will be but I'd rather be sure now than have issues at the gate.

I fully intend to bring every document I have from them with me just to be safe. lol I always keep everything for our trips in a duatang for easy reference and confirmation.

The only issue I have with my tiets is they have my arrival date 10 days before my arrival...but I think that you have 60 days after date of arrival to use them.

Just so you know. If you call or even go into a Flight Centre location, you usually get a better deal than the internet one. I saved another $55 on 4 passes this year.

I'm in the process of negotiating prices right now. I called about the internet FC prices for 7-day Park Hoppers, making sure they'd be good in Oct 2012. Leslie said she would chekc and call me back, but when she called back she offered $938 for 2 adults and 2 kids, more than the current website price
http://www.flightcentre.ca/vacations/disneyland
of $220 for adults and $194 for kids, or $828 for the four who need tickets. (I will have a free toddler in tow as well.)
Did they just offer you lower-than-advertised prices or did you haggle? Has anyone bought tickets this far out in advance, or did you buy more last minute?

I read the price in their magazine while sitting in their booth. The price she gave me (a couple dollars cheaper) was the first price offered so I didn't haggle it down (I'm not sure they let you haggle).

It might just be how far in advance you're buying them. The lady I bought with said I was the first DL ticket sale for her this year so they're not a hot commodity in my area. We're going in September and I only purchased ours late July.

When I got mine, I just phoned and talked to an agent rather than order them off the website. It was about $20 a ticket cheaper than what was advertised on the site.

I was concerned by the look of them too, because it does just look like something you'd whip up on your own computer lol, but we had absolutely no issues with them. My son's name was misspelled (minor misspelling) on the ticket as well and that wasn't an issue either.

Hi all. I just happened along this thread. Are the Flight Centre prices any better for 3 day hoppers? I notice they are great for the longer stays, but I am not seeing anything better for the 3 day. Should I go into my local office?

Aristocat65, the FC website posts prices that ARE better than the ones on Disney's website for 3-day PH.
http://disneyland.disney.go.com/tickets/
$214/$198
http://www.flightcentre.ca/vacations/disneyland (Click on "Park Tickets")
$197/$175

Go into your local office or call to see if you can do better as some people here seem to have done.

AJ

I was actually looking at the $199 3 day hopper (adult) which is a special offer good until Oct 1/11 which works for our dates. I will go into my local office then and see what I can get. Thanks.:)

Oh please let us know if you get a deal at fc.. We are looking for some 3 days tix as well!

The tickets I spoke of are 3-day hoppers (Adult). I thought I said it somewhere, sorry if I missed adding that in.

Ours came to 176CAD/person. I was also considering the 199USD/person deal on the Disneyland website but these seemed like a better deal. FWIW, I went into an outlet in the mall. The price listed in their magazine in-store was 179 but when she entered the info it came up as 176. :confused3

Thanks so much! I'll go in there on the weekend:thumbsup2 I see now that you DID say they were 3 day hoppers :)
