After spending several hours at Flight Centre on Saturday to hold flights, late afternoon they phoned to say that the flights were no longer available

,BUT, we could go a day earlier and get a great deal!
Sunday, I went in to pay and waited for
quite a while, and my consultant went through everything and I signed on the dotted line. I went home and BPaid as it had to be paid for that day.
Imagine my horror, when at 11pm that night when I was checking details on the VA website that we were actually booked on Delta planes, codeshare.

(I had stipulated that we must be on VA planes)
Not at any time did my consultant say that we were flying on Delta planes nor on the paper work does it state that we are on Delta planes, it has VA beside the flight numbers and states flying with VA on top of the page. I felt like vomiting.

No sleep that night.
I sent off an email to the consultant that night, knowing that she wouldn't be in Monday, but at least notifying them that I had found the error. Next morning we faxed the email through, although I later discover that they only check the fax if they are expecting something- go figure!
I went into FC after work and of course they couldn't help me until my consultant comes back on Wednesday! We are screwed.
