Well, our flight was canceled & we will be getting a refund. Looks like we might be driving - me & hubby "no problem". 2 DD's (4 1/2 & 2) "BIG PROBLEM"!!!!!!! Would anyone even consider traveling that distance by car with 2 little ones? Has anyone done this? Pointers?

Hi Spoisal,

The best thing we EVER did is get
a AC/DC TV/VCR. They are life savers.
Good luck.

I've only driven to WDW once, when DS was 4. It was an easy trip that took about 16 hours or so.

He had coloring books and CDs, and when he started to get antsy we surprised him with his very first Game Boy. Worked like a charm.

We've driven from MD to WDW four times. The kids were 2 and 4 the first time. We've done it two ways: Starting at 6PM, driving all night and arriving at WDW around lunchtime, or starting in the morning, driving until late evening, getting a motel in Georgia, and then driving a few hours the next day. DH prefers method 1 and I prefer method 2. Method 1 has the advantage that the kids sleep almost the entire trip, but you're REALLY exhausted when you get there.

Have you tried getting a flight on Southwest? I think they have a promotion going for $110 RT from BWI to MCO.
