FlexTicket Question

Hi. We had to change our plans so we're planning on going to Orlando in December instead. I already got my brother a 2-day Universal Pass, but now we're considering getting the 5-park Flexticket. Is it possible that I can upgrade his?

Also, I read that there is a shuttle that goes to Busch Gardens from Seaworld. Is this shuttle free?

The shuttle from Sea World to Bush Gardens should be free, for the owners of a 5 Park FlexTicket. (but dont know for sure)

I don't know if you can upgrade his ticket, though

I just called the "Tampa Express" number regarding the Tampa bus. It is free for 5 park Flex Tickets, and $5 each way if you are not.

Since we have a 5 ticket Flex, the fee doesn't pertain to us.

There were a few stops, one at Universal, one at Seaworld, and one other place (Old Town? maybe?), and the bus left Busch Gardens at 7 pm.
