I think my sweet chihuahua Hannah has a flea allergy. Last night I noticed that she had a bald spot at the base of her tail that looked red and irritated. I called today and got her an appointment with the vet tomorrow morning.
Well, when I got home tonight the spot had tripled in size!
Bless her little heart she can't stop itching and biting. Is there anything I can do for her to help her through tonight? I feel awful for her.
I also wonder how she got this because she hasn't had it before (she's about a year and a half old) and we put the flea and tick prevention stuff on her.
