We just came back from dinner at Cali Grill and the flatbreads are back...they had:

Triple Cheese, Pecorino, Asiago, Provolone with Sun Dried Tomato and Arugula Pesto

Home Cured Duck Prosciutto with Kalamata Olive Spread, Micro Arugula and Shaved Manchego Cheese

Roasted Chicken with Sweet Onion Marmalade, Smoked Tillamook Cheddar, crispy Bacon and Chili Aioli

Slow Roasted Adobe Pork with Fire Roasted Tomato Sauce, Queso Fresco and Avocado Crema

Thank you for letting us know. My family almost vetoed CG when I told them the flatbreads were gone. After some research I found out they were waiting on the oven. We will be there June 27.

Can you tell me these flatbreads are personal size? Also can you get these for carryout?

Good news!! Other than perhaps the duck, they all sounded good.

When we go back, I still want to take a good look at the Flatbread oven --must be EXTRA special considering how long it took to replace.
