The seating is under a permanent roof, but it's open on the sides so there's no a/c. They had some pretty powerful fans going as I remember. I ate there in February. It was about 80 that day and it was comfortable, but I don't think I'd want to eat there in August.
It was in the mid to upper 90's when we ate there 2 weeks ago, but honestly, we were pretty comfortable even though it was technically outside. The same can't be said for Yak & Yeti CS where we felt like we were baking in the sun and spent out entire meal swatting away flies
Ditto to what everyone else has said. It is outdoor seating, but with a really good, covering roof. And the fans are great. It is usually a pretty cool spot, unless you end up on the edge at a time the sun is coming in.
