I've had migraines for many, many years and while camera flashes do not trigger a migraine for me, lights of different kinds can.
Two problem lights that are triggers in particular which are very difficult for me to avoid are: those horrid flashing lights on school bus roofs in our county and sunlight bouncing off the windows of the metrorail trains when I am stuck sitting at a traffic light. Maybe you have similar situations?
So long story short, I've been seeing different nueros for years and read quite a bit and it sounds like coincidence. Are they making you keep a migraine diary? For many years mine were difficult to pin down and bounce-back so imitrex etc. was almost useless. Eventually we deduced that they fell mostly Thurs thru Sun and by this part of the week I had managed to lose sleep and miss meals. I learned to eat small meals regularly and rest and for women, age eventually reduces them too. Mine are almost gone now but I still get one when very tired or triggered by sinus problems etc.
PM me if you want to ask anything!
