I was Disneyland this day (my birthday) and saw the whole thing happen! I thought it was real right up until the lady started singing. We were told it was fake. Just publicity for the Celebration theme of 2009.

Good question. We only saw it once. It was later in the evening as we were walking down Main Street to leave. We didn't hear any one talking about having seen it before so I'm thinking it was probably different days.
