Flamingo beach in Aruba

Has anyone gone to the Flamingo beach in Aruba when your Disney cruise stopped in Aruba for the day? Wondering if we buy a hotel room if we can go to the flamingo beach for free or whether we can buy a day pass? Just wondering the cheapest way to do it and whether anyone has done it recently?
