Flaming ransacked window - how rare?

Hi, everyone -- I was hoping to get a little more info about this item, as I am desperately seeking one. Is this an extremely rare item? Would it be something I could possibly trade for several quest items? I have just returned from a trip to WDW (yup, it was awesome! ) - and I have every (and I do mean EVERY) current quest item or room code available for trade. In addition, have gold and black Mickey ears for trade. Also looking for Haunted Mansion costume pieces - so if anyone's interested, please pm! Thanks.

They are worth any other pirate quest. Nowhere near stitch items. The only reason it seems to be very rare is everyone wants it
