Flame Tree BBQ in AK - late dinner?

I'll be in Animal Kingdom in November. It says Rivers of Light is at 7:00pm and park close is at 8:00pm with ROL running for about 15 minutes. Is it possible to eat at Flame Tree BBQ for dinner after the show and if so, will we be rushed to finish by 8:00pm?

I just looked up the hours. Today the park is open until 9pm but Flame Tree is closed at 8:30 pm. I am guessing - whatever the park hours are now (and not sure if they close same time every night/have not been back since Pandora opened/RL), Flame Tree will closes 30 minutes before park closes? I would double check the hours for November/date you are going to make sure.

They don't have the hours up yet for the day I'll be there. I'm a little worried if they close 30 minutes before park close, that's means they'd close at 7:30pm with ROL starting at 7:00pm. It would workout better for us to do dinner after the show, but I also don't want to risk missing out on Flame Tree and having to figure out something else for dinner if it closes early and we miss getting there in time.

They just extended the park hours to 10:00pm. Surely Flame Tree will be open late and we can do dinner after the show now?
