If I remember correctly, this place smelled great as you walked by.
We had already planned to do Rainforest Cafe for lunch on our last trip, but I am planning to purchase the AK meal deal on our upcoming trip. When I tried to pull up the menu from Flame Tree on Deb Wills' site, I was unable to. Does anyone recall off-hand what this restaurant serves(I was thinking BBQ chicken and corn on the cob?). Thanks for the help!

When we were at AK a couple of weeks ago, we had lunch at Flame Tree Barbecue and it was great...a nice change of pace from burgers and fries! I can't remember exactly what all was on the menu, but I had a "combo" of a barbecue pork sandwich with baked beans and corn on the cob. I'm pretty sure they had the BBQ chicken as well. I do remember seeing a huge fruit plate that looked really good also. They had signs at the registers advertising the "meal deal", so no problem there!

Thank you for the fast reply. I thought I remembered corn on the cob there(such an oddity at a theme park). Anyway, we will take a vote on where to use the meal deal lunch vouchers--I'm voting for Flame Tree or Tusker House(I can have pizza and McNuggets at home). For the kids, we may give in and let them get the nuggets(but they will have to sit in the dining area of Flame Tree to eat them)!

We just got home today from Disney and we are at Flame Tree while at AK. We used the AK meal vouchers theya re now selling--a great deal. I had ribs with bb beans and corn on the cob and everyone else in my party has chicken sandwich which also came with beans and corn. They do also have chicken. I didnt really care for Flame Tree, they use some spices I didnt really like. Everyone else in my party didnt seem to mind.

Isn't the Flame Tree usually seasonal? I think we would really like it, but we won't be there until the 18th. Does anyone know when Flame Tree's "season" ends?
