What's wrong just skipping the threads you're not interested in?

nothing, except on days/weeks like this you have to go through many pages of "code" talks. not a big deal, but it would be nice to have another board added????

I agree - It would be great if we could keep the resort boards just for discussions about resorts. I'm not going until December, and I figure when a code or AP rate comes out, I'll hear about it. I love the posts about the resorts. That's how I determined which 2 I was going to stay at. So is it possible to make a codes board? Or how do we let everyone know to put questions about codes on the budget board, or wherever?

Maybe we could petition for a codes board, I want to find out more about resorts. I'm going to Disney regardless if I get a code or not, I'm tired of it and I think it's just really making people anxious. This code talk is going to give someone a heart attack or a nervous breakdown.

And I think we need some NEW resort board moderators too!! Cali D is never here anymore (miss you Cali ) .... I haven't seen Trekker in like a year... I've never seen Disney Dee here.... the only ones I ever see are Sue Ellen, TLinden, and safetymom. I think we need at least two more!

Yes, this has been brought up before (at least a code thread) but nothing so far.

A code board would be great. The resort info wouldn't get buried plus it would be easier for all to get the code info needed.

Agree that all the code talk seems more appropriate to the Budget Board, or it's own board. It's funny, if you look at the Budget board, there are only 1 or 2 threads about codes!

I think it would need to be a split... "Disney Resorts" and "Disney Resort Discounts". People would never realize they need to go to the Budget Board.

I agree it would be nice to see less talk about codes! Although I am guilty because I have started a thread and responded to others on the subject of codes! Seems like the only thing on the budget board is how to do ebay and how does everybody afford to go to Disney all the time!

I totally agree. They need a Code board, so if you want to talk about codes you can go there, and if you want to talk about anything else resorts, you can come here!

Good call though, Erika! The code board idea is a fantastic idea! If your looking for discount codes, why would you want to wade through the resort boards when you could go directly to the discounts and vice versa.

I agree, it would be nice if code talk was mainly on the Budget board. Maybe rename it Budgets and Resort Codes or Discounts or something similar. Code talk is a huge part of this forum and it absolutely overtakes it when codes actually come out, or are "about to" come out. I have used a code before, sure, but I have also paid rack, and been just as happy about it. There is a lot more to say about the resorts than "how much you paid".
