Just thought I would post a couple of pics of TIGGER (FRANK) at the Flag retreat---WHAT A GREAT DAY!!!!!

My BIL did this in early May. Each day a veteran can help with the ceremony. They get a photo and a special pin too.
I think he either told the guy at Shades of Green or went to City Hall to ask about it...not sure...but if you are a veteran you are certainly eligible. BIL was in Iraq for 13 months and had just been back for 6 weeks when he took the family to WDW--has said the thought of taking them when he got back got him few the rough spots.

Thanks for sharing those wonderful pictures! I'm hoping that my father can be a part of the flag retreat when we go down in December. He is a 30 year veteran of the Navy and it would be so special to be able to do this.

Is this hard to be able to do? Do you think I've got a chance if I walk in to MK the day I would like or should I check with SOG ahead of time?

I believe that Liberty has posted a number for city hall ? Maybe try a search? I would be suprised if SOG was involved.
