FLA residents until bills and water

looking into long term rental :small condo in west palm and wondering what water bill will be each month ;

also who has the best prices on cable tv/ internet in the area?

I'm assuming since it's a small 2 br, a/c and electric won't be more than $100 per month, but really have no clue.

To get the best info you should check with the condo association manager at the condo building you're thinking of renting in - he/she could tell you what the average has been for those exact units. But also be aware that lots of condos down here include water, cable, internet in the monthy rent. If the one you're looking at doesn't you might want to check around

My guesstimate on electric would be around $60-$80 monthly, but the association manager could advise on that also.

and does not even include the water. I don't know any one who pays for water, so I'm wondering what that could be .....

we are in Lee county, the other coast of florida. Our water bill is around $45, that is water and sewer. Our electric bill is 70 to 95 during the winter . we are in a house, and I think a condo would be lower because of the shared walls. Our subdivision has a package plan for Cable from comcast, so we don't pay that. i get Internet from comcast for $20 a month for 6 months, then i disconnect for the summer as we go north.

We have a family of 4, important to note that I think because you might have a different size family. Our water bill is usually around $45 a month. And our electric is usually $75 in the winter. And $150 in the summer. Although it should be noted that our AC unit is over 10 years (prolly close to 20) old and could use replacing. We live in a 3/2.5 townhouse thats 1500sqft.

We pay $39 a moth for a basic phone line and DSL "light". We used to have comcast but I got sick of paying close to $70 a month for basic (no premium channels) cable. So we dropped them. I've looked into other TV forms but haven't decided on which one, if any, to go with yet. Right now we are using an antenna. Get about 10 channels in. Would be 30 if I was a religious or spanish speaking person and cared to watch those channels. Honestly though - not missing cable too much anyway...
