FLA Residents Discount for 10/9 Western

Has anyone heard anything about the FLA Residents discount for the 10/9 Western? I have been calling DCL but so far today's 10/2 was the last to have the discount applied to it? Just wandering if anyone has any inside stuff?

I've been hoping for the FL resident rate for our 10/16 cruise, but I don't think it's going to happen. I think if there was a FL rate out there for our dates we'd know about it by now.
