Fla resident discount on packages?

I was wondering if the Fla res discount only applies to rack room rates or if you will also get a discount if you book a vacation package? Thanks!

Usually just rack room rates..

I just got AKL for $230/night with my Florida Resident discount. You also get discount admission to the parks, but I'm not sure about package deals and bundling items together.
