Fla AP ticket help

Hi guys
I'm hoping to make it over today to the parks.

I hold last years Florida seasonal AP and want to update to the Florida silver AP Before my pass runs out. But I see on Disneys site that the next few weeks are blocked out but I thought I was reading somewhere they lifted the block for the next few weeks is that true?

Also I'll have to pay to park till I get my new pass if I show them the parking recent can I get that money or credit on my new pass.

Pretty sure the blackout was only lifted for the 4 day tickets (or maybe all the Florida tickets) but not for the APs.

Someone I know with a FL AP posted on Facebook last night that their passes were blacked out for two weeks starting today.

I'd call.. I've seen conflicting updates on this..

I went last night around 4pm over to Ak lodge and had dinner at Boma
On the way in I stopped at the front desk and had a lady check on the dates wow I was there for over 20min
She was calling then on some web page lol But in the end I cant go for two weeks. But dinner was great and I walked around the lodge and did a few things had a great time last night.
