FL Weather in Mid Dec

Please tell me what the weather is like in mid-December in FL. We live in New England, and I haven't the slightest clue--I never seem to pack the right clothing and I've been to WDW twice...

December can be warm or cool... it's best to bring clothes that you can layer for early in the day and shed mid -day and re-layer again once the sun goes down. Then again being from NE - maybe not......

Average high mid 70s - average low mid -50's

Last December we had a cold spell and I had to buy gloves to go on a Wishes Cruise on 12/22..... the year before I have pics of DD playing outside in shorts on Christmas Eve.

very nice mabe 75 during the day and kinda chilly at night so bring a jacket...very nice time of year though

You never know! It could be in the mid 70s, or the mid 30s, or both in the same day! I would suggest you take layers (sweaters/sweatshirts over t's) and a warm coat, gloves, and hat, just in case. DH and I were there one year in December when it was so cold in the evening (low 40s and windy) and we were so underdressed that we ended up just going back to the hotel! We always bring extra-warm clothes when we go in December or January now.

Thanks to all--I'll be throwing in an extra sweater and a light jacket now, just in case...

I've gone the first or second week of December many times. I've had trips with days in the 80's all the way down to days in the 50's. If the high is below 70, it will get cold at night. One trip I brought along a light winter coat and gloves and was happy to have them for the evenings. Other trips I just needed a light jacket or sweatshirt.
