FL Tours

I know FL Tours has had issues over the year. I just wanted to add that we used them to get from the BC to DCL and everything went well. I know they will pick up at 10 AM as the earliest from the resorts, but on our day they were there about 10 minutes before that time. We were in the port terminal by 11 AM. The driver was professional and helpful, although he was quiet and focused on driving. The car was clean and there were no smells. We were pleased with the service we received and would use them again.

Thanks for reporting back to us...that's good info to have.
The thing that irks me is that they won't pick you up before 10am...what if there is a reason I want to be at the port earlier? Oh well, in that case I would have to use someone else. But, for most situations, they would work out just fine.

I was also irked about the pickup time. Before you could get any time you wanted. I had wanted to get my brunch time changed. In the end I got the private dining room in Palo for brunch, so there was no need to get there early. The kids wanted to do the Disney busses until I told them they would have to be packed by 8 AM for luggage pickup. Plus I didn't want to risk getting to the port too late for us by 1:30 - 2 PM. The kids were looking forward to lunch. We did the busses back to MCO since FL Tours picks you up by 8:30 AM at the latest. I just didn't want the hassle.
