Based on their sponsorship the boards, we decided to book with FL Tours for our spring break trip. Everything went very well.
The filight arrived almost 30 minutes early. The driver arrvied as we were pulling our luggage off the belt (he was 20 minutes before arrival time). His sign was very clear with my last name.
He assisted with all our luggage. We have a very nice and clean towncar. I didn't want a stop (I wanted to be in the world!).
He made excellent converstation on the way and was sensitive to not putting "Mr. Bearnie" my DD(8)'s 3 foot teddy bear into the trunk. My DD has slept with Mr. Bearnie since she was 1.
He confirmed our pickup date during the drop-off and promised to call and confirm the day before. I was left with a contact number in case of any changes or additional needs.
The day before, FL tours left a message on the WL voice mail system for us.
On departure day, the car arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled time. The ride was once again excellent.
We were very happy with the service.
