We arrived at MCO on time and went to the baggage area and amongst the town car's waiting for guest we didn't see Fl tours. I immediately called and they said the driver is on the way, where would we like to meet them and did we need help with the bags? (We didn't).
We met the driver downstairs and they had the booster seats we requested which was very important (we had a bad experience in San Francisco). Driver was Ricardo and very nice.
We got a confirmation call 24 hrs before the return trip. The driver was about 10 minutes late but it wasn't a problem and again the booster seats were there as requested. The driver was very friendly and able to fill the town car trunk which amazed us considering the amount of luggage.
All of the communications were very polite and helpful and I'd recommend them.
