FL Tours review

We used fL tours this weekend. Here is my review.

We arrived at the airport pretty much on time, and our driver Renate, was there waiting for us. We got our luggage and she took us outside where we waited for her to bring the car around. It was a nice new white town car. She loaded luggage after helping us in the car, and off we went. She was very friendly, and a smooth driver. We arrived at Pop Century and she unloaded us. After paying, she re confirmed our pick up.

The night before we left, we received a confirmation call from Andy, and when we went out at our time, Renate was already waiting for us. This time she had a full size van ( I really liked the car!!!!) But it was vey nice. She played Nemo on DVD for my DD. She took us to the airport smoothly and unloaded right in front of the check in desk.

I would definately use this company again. Renate was a good driver, who was very friendly. She really made us feel comfortable, and important. We had very smooth trips, and didn't have to lift a thing!!

Kudos to FL Tours, I would recommend them to anyone!!

I am very glad to read your review. I just booked a 3 leg trip with FL Tours. I had to call the 888 number to make sure I was filling out the on-line forms correctly, and Andy was very patient and helpful. Only 5 1/2 weeks to go! Can't wait!

I booked everything online, and everything went very smoothly!! I had printed out the coupon, and was very pleased with them.

I also booked them in and have a question regarding tip. Did you tip each way? They have something on their website about mandatory 20% tip when I filled in my resservation. I plan on doing 20% each way. What was your experience?
